FP&A Subject Matter Expert – AI Training, Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Develop and assess finance-related prompts, scenarios, and analytical tasks.

• Analyze AI-generated outcomes for financial precision, reasoning quality, and relevance to business.

• Utilize subject matter expertise to enhance model performance and financial comprehension.

• Examine financial analyses, assumptions, computations, and recommendations.

• Detect inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and opportunities for enhancement.

• Deliver structured feedback and quality evaluations.

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Adhere to established project timelines and productivity objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related discipline.

• At least 4 years of professional experience in one of the specified financial fields.

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.

• Exceptional written communication skills in English.

• Capability to assess intricate financial concepts and articulate reasoning clearly.

• Dependable internet connection and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Preferred: CFA Charterholder or CFA Candidate.

• ACCA, ACA, CMA, MBA Finance, M.Com, or equivalent qualifications.

• Experience in financial modeling, valuation, forecasting, budgeting, investment analysis, or quantitative research.

• Background in reviewing technical content, research, or analytical reports.

• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, data annotation, or model evaluation projects is advantageous.
