FP&A Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the formulation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial strategies.

• Create and uphold financial models to evaluate business performance and bolster strategic initiatives.

• Oversee financial performance, pinpointing discrepancies between actual results and forecasts, and offer practical insights.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Product, Sales) to comprehend key drivers and enhance financial results.

• Generate management reports and dashboards for senior leadership, encompassing KPI tracking and performance metrics.

• Examine revenue, costs, margins, and unit economics within a high-volume, multi-currency context.

• Assist in cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis in conjunction with Treasury.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, Finance, Consulting, or related fields, with a minimum of 1 year in the fintech sector.

• Proficiency in working with financial models, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies.

• Strong analytical capabilities with a talent for transforming data into meaningful business insights.

• Experience in high-volume, multi-currency settings is a significant advantage.

• Advanced Excel skills are essential.

• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is an added benefit.

• Experience with ERP or financial planning systems.

• Solid understanding of financial statements (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet).

• Business-oriented perspective with excellent communication abilities.

• Capacity to work independently in a dynamic, international environment.

• Detail-focused with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
