📋 Description

• Take charge of and consistently enhance the finance and performance reporting for the company utilizing automation, well-structured data models, and high-quality analytics.

• Create, develop, and sustain automated reporting systems by integrating data from essential platforms such as Sage Intacct (finance), HubSpot (sales / CRM), Asana, and the Snowflake data warehouse.

• Lead the design, construction, and advancement of Power BI dashboards with a focus on finance and commercial metrics, ensuring that all metrics are well-defined and consistently calculated.

• Manage large, intricate Excel-based long-term financial models essential for budgeting and forecasting, investor reporting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis.

• Provide support for on-demand scenario analysis and sensitivity testing as required by Finance leadership and investors.

• Collaborate closely with senior finance stakeholders to guarantee that modeling outputs are robust and defensible.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in creating Power BI dashboards within a business or finance context.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including:

• - Developing large, complex financial models

• - Conducting scenario and sensitivity analysis

• - Tracing and validating logic

• Strong comprehension of fundamental financial concepts, including:

• - P&L, cash flow, margins

• - Timing and revenue recognition

• - Commercial drivers

• Experience in working with data from finance and CRM systems.

• Ability to thrive in a private equity-backed, rapidly growing, and dynamic environment.

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification is preferred.
