• Create a detailed framework to assess Boundless Life’s overall financials, including top-line revenue, direct costs, overhead expenses, CAPEX performance, and cash flow, while identifying key drivers, trends, and growth opportunities.
• Establish processes to improve forecasting accuracy by incorporating data-driven insights from accommodation, education, and community business units.
• Partner with location managers to devise strategies aimed at maximizing occupancy rates, optimizing pricing models, and enhancing customer retention.
• Provide regular revenue insights and recommendations to senior leadership to guide strategic decision-making.
• Develop multi-tiered annual financial models for the company, including various scenario analyses.
• Collaborate closely with the Financial Controller to construct and refine cash flow projections for the organization.
• Create and implement cost-tracking systems across all locations to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Identify inefficiencies or cost overruns and propose actionable solutions to enhance profitability.
• Spearhead the initiative to digitize Boundless Life’s financial and operational processes, reducing dependence on spreadsheets and improving data accessibility and accuracy.
• Provide training to team members across all locations on new tools and processes to ensure successful adoption and maximize efficiency gains.
• Proficiency in English.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is advantageous.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in comparable roles within the private sector, public accounting, or consulting.
• Experience in the hospitality and/or real estate industries is beneficial.
• Familiarity with software such as Xero, Stripe, Fathom, Hubspot, Payhawk, ScaleXP, Float, and Wise is preferred.
• Capability to manage time effectively and work with minimal supervision.
• A strong emphasis on efficiency, accuracy, and strict compliance with established procedures.
