This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitates and assists the organization in delivering actionable insights (including analysis, reporting, and pro formas) to aid operational and strategic decision-making.
• Offers analytical and consultative assistance to operations management and key stakeholders.
• Evaluates a variety of data sets, including financial, operational, clinical, and economic, to support both strategic and operational decisions.
• Analyzes financial or other relevant information regarding costs, prices, expenses, revenues, and various clinical and operational metrics to provide recommendations to senior management.
• Takes responsibility for managing expense budgets across various functions within the organization, impacting profitability and supporting strategic investment choices.
• Leads cross-functional projects, improves financial processes, and promotes effective communication across all organizational levels.
• Oversees and maintains precise forecasts and budgets in collaboration with business partners, ensuring timely updates to our system.
• Navigates complex interdependencies to enhance the efficiency of forecasting processes.
• Delivers detailed monthly reports on actual financial performance, accompanied by insightful commentary.
• Maintains close communication with business partners to guarantee alignment with budgets, forecasts, and financial objectives.
• Promotes efficiency and accuracy enhancements in forecasting processes, covering data collection to analysis.
• Ensures stakeholders are informed and aligned regarding any changes affecting their areas of responsibility.
• Accurately completes month-end deliverables, including variance analysis.
• Prepares financial summaries for leadership presentations, incorporating budget updates and forecasts.
• Develops high-quality reporting for leadership, providing actionable insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with 2+ years of experience in a Financial Analyst role or a similar position, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred experience with Netsuite.
• Requires analytical proficiency in handling complex data sets.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are essential; strong understanding of financial statements and fundamental accounting principles is required.
