FP&A Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting process by taking hands-on responsibility for spreadsheet models and financial data.

• Generate regular financial reports and conduct variance analyses across various business units.

• Collaborate with and support the India-based FP&A team on daily deliverables and reporting workflows.

• Develop and maintain financial models to aid business decisions, M&A activities, and scenario planning.

• Play a role in creating KPI dashboards and developing data reporting tools.

• Work collaboratively with department leaders to collect inputs and deliver financial insights.

• Aid in identifying and executing process improvements as systems and infrastructure advance.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in finance; a combination of FP&A and corporate reporting is welcome.

• Prior experience in the video game industry (studio, publisher, or platform) is highly preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, as spreadsheets are integral to this role.

• Ability to thrive in environments that are not yet fully systematized; possessing a builder mindset.

• Familiarity with AI tools and a passion for integrating them into financial workflows.

• Knowledge of Power Query or similar data processing tools is a bonus.

• Strong analytical abilities paired with effective communication skills for conveying financial concepts.

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
