Founding Tech Lead, Fullstack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will collaborate closely with the co-founders and the product team.

• Establish the vision for how technology will be utilized within the company.

• Choose the appropriate technology stack from the ground up.

• Implement a technology strategy from day one to manage the anticipated viral growth.

• Assemble a team with the necessary skills to achieve these goals.

• Develop a B2B2C FinTech product by leveraging banking APIs, integrating with eCommerce platforms, and creating a mobile application for consumers.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a tech startup.

• Previous experience in a team lead role is essential.

• A hands-on approach: you will code, build, and guide your team.

• A strong desire to challenge yourself and pursue personal development.

• Comfort in using and creating APIs is necessary.
