This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Analyze each prospect's ATS, scheduling tools, competency models, and hiring workflows to determine integration needs and suggestions.
• Create customized demo flows that convert technical setups into clear business advantages, aiding prospects in grasping how the product functions within their specific environment.
• Act as the lead for implementation to guarantee successful Proofs of Concept (POCs).
• Take ownership of initial RFP responses in collaboration with Account Executives, ensuring the standardization of high-quality responses for future use.
• Develop reusable resources, such as integration guides, demo templates, architecture diagrams, FAQs, and more.
• Facilitate smooth transitions from pre-sales to post-sales for enterprise-level clients.
• 5–10 years of experience in HR technology, recruiting technology, or enterprise SaaS.
• Previous role as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or a comparable pre-sales position.
• Proven experience in supporting intricate enterprise sales processes.
