This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales; with a minimum of 2 years in closing deals, not merely in an SDR capacity.
• Demonstrated success in outbound sales — you have established a pipeline from the ground up, rather than solely managing inbound inquiries.
• Experience selling to HR, Talent, or Operations buyers is a significant advantage.
• Comfortable with uncertainty — you proactively seek opportunities without waiting for a manager to provide you leads or scripts.
• Data-driven — you monitor your own metrics, understand your conversion rates, and make optimizations independently.
