This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Design and establish the sales process: Create a comprehensive sales strategy from scratch, serving as the first dedicated salesperson to shift the company from founder-led sales to a scalable model.
• Assume complete responsibility for the sales cycle, encompassing everything from identifying and prospecting potential customers to finalizing deals.
• Identify and qualify leads: Recognize potential customers, cultivate relationships, and qualify leads while managing the sales pipeline through both inbound and outbound efforts.
• Grow customer accounts: Assist customers in discovering additional use cases for Softr and enhance their usage, thereby increasing revenue.
• Spearhead the company's initiatives in marketing our horizontal products across various company segments and customer profiles, ranging from SMBs to large organizations.
• Implement systems and procedures: Create or enhance existing foundational sales systems and data tracking, as many may currently be lacking.
• Partner with the founder: Collaborate closely with the founder to refine messaging and strategies informed by real-world customer feedback.
• Resilience and determination: The capability to navigate uncertainty, tackle challenges, and maintain motivation without extensive support from a large sales team.
• Initiative-driven: A robust entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and take proactive measures.
• Flexibility and openness to experimentation: The ability to explore new strategies and adapt approaches as the company continues to discover effective methods.
• Self-motivated and proactive: The skill to operate with minimal guidance and take initiative to achieve results.
• Proficient sales abilities: 3-5+ years of demonstrated success in direct B2B SaaS sales and achieving targets.
• Background in the automation and no-code domain is an advantage.
• Results-driven: A history of meeting or surpassing sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.
• Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical clients.
• Customer-centric: A strong passion for building enduring customer relationships and promoting their success.
• Solid technical knowledge: Proficiency in no-code and automation tools (bonus if you have experience building in Softr—if so, please share your creations!).
