Founding Physician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Provide Outstanding Longitudinal Care (~70% of Your Time)

• Conduct thorough virtual longevity consultations with a highly engaged patient cohort

• Analyze advanced diagnostics, biomarkers, imaging, and wearable data to create tailored treatment plans

• Collaborate with patients over time, actively enhancing health, performance, and longevity through continuous follow-up and monitoring

• Simplify complex medical information into practical, actionable recommendations that empower patients to make educated choices

• Work alongside the Care Coordination team to ensure timely resolution of all patient inquiries

• Assist in Developing the Hone Black Medical Infrastructure (~30% of Your Time)

• Partner with Hone’s Chief Medical Officer to craft clinical care pathways and physician workflows

• Create scalable treatment protocols and diagnostic frameworks

• Assess new diagnostics, therapeutics, wearables, and longevity technologies

• Determine the scope of care provided directly by Hone versus coordination with external specialists

• Contribute to the shaping of the digital treatment plan and physician experience

• Enhance the role of AI and technology in supporting clinical decision-making without undermining physician judgment

• Act as a thought leader and representative for Hone in external engagements, including media, conferences, and strategic partnerships

• Recruit, mentor, and assist in onboarding future physicians as the practice expands

⛳️ Requirements

• Deeply passionate and perpetually curious about preventive, longevity-focused medicine

• Proficient in interpreting comprehensive biomarker panels and developing personalized treatment plans

• Comfortable working in collaboration with operations teams

• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state, with a preference for current licensure in CA or NY. Hone will assist in obtaining additional licenses

• Board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Endocrinology, Cardiology, Gynecology, Orthopedics, Regenerative Medicine, or another relevant specialty

• 7+ years of experience in lifestyle, preventive, functional, integrative, concierge, executive, or longevity-focused medicine is preferred
