• Oversee all facets of trusts and estates issues

• Conduct client consultations from initial meeting to document execution

• Develop the productized service offering

• Recruit and guide associates and partners

• Maintain high standards of professional ethics

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of ten years of advanced planning experience

• Must be licensed in California or New York

• Proven experience in building a legal practice

• Strong emphasis on enhancing client experience

• Familiarity with legal technology, multi-state practices, or handling high-volume work is advantageous.
