Founding GTM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage the pipeline generation system: Create and oversee the complete infrastructure that identifies, qualifies, and channels opportunities to our AE team on a large scale.

• Ensure data quality and coverage: Guarantee that our target account and contact data is accurate, enriched, and actionable. Establish and maintain the processes that uphold our CRM as a reliable source of truth.

• Design and enhance outbound programs: Create and execute outbound motions that blend personalization at scale with excellent deliverability. Continuously monitor and improve reply rates and meetings scheduled.

• Streamline lead routing and handoff: Develop workflows that ensure qualified opportunities are promptly directed to the appropriate AE with complete context, preventing any loss of momentum between signal and conversation.

• Establish pipeline-attribution reporting: Generate dashboards and reports that link GTM activities to pipeline and revenue results, empowering leadership to make informed investment decisions.

• Integrate AI across the GTM function: Recognize and implement AI-driven solutions across prospecting, research, personalization, and workflow automation. AI should be the standard in our operations, rather than an afterthought.

• Manage CRM architecture and hygiene: Keep our CRM as the definitive source of truth for the GTM organization. Develop the data model, automations, and reporting infrastructure that the team relies on, collaborating with leadership on architectural decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years in a GTM-related technical role: RevOps, GTM Engineering, Growth Engineering, Sales Engineering, Marketing Ops, or as an SDR/AE who developed systems alongside selling.

• Practical experience in creating GTM workflows and automation using modern tools; capable of designing multi-step enrichment logic, API integrations, and custom workflows without engineering assistance.

• Proficiency in CRM: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce or HubSpot, including flows, custom objects, complex reports, and APIs. A comprehensive understanding of the GTM data model.

• Data and scripting proficiency: Comfortable with SQL; familiar with Python or JavaScript for API calls and data manipulation. Able to independently build and troubleshoot.

• Demonstrated experience managing outbound infrastructure and email deliverability on a large scale, with a robust understanding of best practices.

• Advanced AI proficiency: You develop with AI tools, not merely utilize them. You have implemented automations where AI is a central component, can effectively prompt-engineer, assess output quality, and design systems that gracefully handle AI's failure modes.

• Commercial mindset: You evaluate your work based on pipeline and revenue impact, not merely features delivered. Able to contribute meaningfully to GTM leadership discussions and advocate for sound tradeoff decisions.

• Excellent written communication: Capable of clearly documenting a system and articulating a technical decision to a non-technical stakeholder in straightforward language.

• Self-directed and independent: This role lacks a predefined template. You will shape it.
