This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop Ribbon’s marketing infrastructure from the ground up, focusing on demand generation, product marketing, content creation, events, customer marketing, and sales support.
• Create campaigns, events, webinars, and nurture programs to convert awareness into revenue and generate qualified pipeline.
• Establish and enhance Ribbon’s market presence with impactful content, thought leadership, founder perspectives, and messaging that defines the AI interviewing space and the future of hiring.
• Transform customer successes, product launches, and market insights into compelling narratives across various platforms such as case studies, LinkedIn, email, website, sales materials, and outbound initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and the founders to refine messaging, support key accounts, highlight customer success stories, and continuously enhance performance metrics related to pipeline, conversion, engagement, and event returns.
• Possesses 5–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing within a high-growth startup, demonstrating proven success in pipeline generation, content creation, product marketing, campaigns, and go-to-market strategy.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, engaging, and persuasive messaging that resonates with clients and aids sales efforts.
• Knowledgeable about revenue generation and adept at developing marketing initiatives that drive pipeline, enhance conversion rates, and advance sales opportunities.
• A proactive builder who can execute across various areas including content creation, demand generation, events, email marketing, website management, customer marketing, and sales enablement without the need for a large team or established processes.
• Thinks like a founder: acts swiftly, takes initiative, identifies opportunities, learns rapidly, and excels in a startup atmosphere.
