This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Your role involves developing the core systems, advanced backend products, and engineering culture that enable Frontier to enhance its enterprise automation and workflows.

• This entails taking responsibility for intricate production systems, refining internal operational tools, constructing agent-powered workflows, and establishing the frameworks that allow engineers and operators to deploy software swiftly and securely using AI.

• You will collaborate closely with our leadership team and senior operators to tackle the company’s most critical engineering challenges: improving end-to-end data processing speed, enhancing high-concurrency search quality, boosting operator productivity, facilitating platform onboarding, expanding client intelligence, and enabling AI-assisted operations.

• Language Proficiency: You have strong expertise in Python, PostgreSQL, and related ORM frameworks (especially Django and FastAPI).

• Ambiguity Decomposer: You excel at breaking down vague tasks into clear technical specifications, discrete tasks, automated tests, evaluations, and reviewable artifacts.

• Agent Failure Detection: You can identify when a generative agent is addressing the wrong issue, overfitting to a test, exhibiting false confidence, or complicating the codebase for long-term maintenance.
