This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

• Provide guidance on policies and outcome metrics to promote evidence-based, family-centered care.

• Serve as the main credentialed provider for the group during applications to commercial and Medicaid plans in your state.

• Valid infectious disease physician license in good standing in Florida.

• Experience with payer credentialing or utilization-management processes is advantageous.

• Strong commitment to enhancing equitable private practice care and exploring outcome-driven models.
