This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Foster and nurture robust relationships with pest control business owners while delivering continuous strategic support and guidance.
• Engage in regular discussions with clients to identify their business requirements, elucidate pricing analyses, and convey business metrics clearly and effectively.
• Oversee client performance, address issues, and offer recommendations to enhance business results and client satisfaction.
• Create and establish the foundational client success framework, which includes playbooks, onboarding workflows, and service delivery processes, setting the standards for future scalability.
• Collaborate closely with founders and internal teams to translate client insights into enhancements for products and processes, actively influencing the evolution of the service.
• Recognize opportunities to deepen existing client partnerships through additional services and initiatives for business growth.
• 3–5 years of experience in client-facing roles within a startup, digital marketing, or consulting setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing client relationships and delivering strategic business counsel.
• Excellent communication abilities, capable of clearly explaining pricing analyses, business metrics, and analytical concepts to clients.
• Proven ownership mindset with the capability to develop processes and workflows from the ground up with minimal guidance, and comfortable making independent decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Aptitude for managing multiple clients and competing priorities simultaneously in a dynamic startup environment.
• Analytical insight into business metrics, pricing strategies, margins, and KPI impact assessments.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a genuine ease in navigating an early-stage environment where priorities may shift and each day presents new challenges.
• Experience with small businesses or in the pest control sector is a bonus.
