This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn targeting a curated selection of CPG brands, packaging companies, and related manufacturers.
• Schedule qualified discovery meetings for the founder, aiming for a minimum of 2 meetings per week following a 2-week onboarding period.
• Manage the CRM (HubSpot): maintain a clean pipeline, sequence cadences, log every call, and ensure data accuracy.
• Research target accounts to identify the appropriate buyer — whether it be a Creative Director, Packaging Engineer, Formulator, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Account Executive based on the company.
• Collaborate weekly with the founder to refine messaging: discuss objections encountered, successful hooks, and resonant stories.
• When provided with pre-existing target lists, pursue them diligently. For new Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), source your own leads.
• Relay market insights back to the founder: understand buyer interests, objections, and requested features.
• 1–3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS outbound sales (SDR / BDR / Founding BDR).
• Proven success in cold outbound efforts — capable of discussing metrics such as dials per day, meetings per week, and conversion rates.
• Excellent verbal English skills, comfortable making cold calls, and adept with US business buyers in the East Coast and Central time zones.
• Experience selling to non-tech, traditional sectors — including manufacturing, packaging, supply chain, construction, CPG, or similar "blue-collar" markets.
• Able to effectively pitch an early-stage product — equipped to address objections like "you're too early" and "return when you have more customers."
• Proficient with modern outbound tools: HubSpot (or Salesforce), Apollo / ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and a sequencer (Outreach / Salesloft / Lemlist).
• Willing and available to work during US business hours that overlap with the East Coast (approximately 6am–2pm PT / 9am–5pm ET).
