Founder's Technical Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of the inbox, calendar, communications, and daily administrative operations.

• Organize updates for investors and facilitate communications with stakeholders.

• Assist in the execution of partnerships and strategic initiatives.

• Recognize and address repetitive or inefficient workflows.

• Develop automations and internal systems to streamline processes.

• Design scalable procedures across fund operations and partnerships.

• Create and manage workflows utilizing tools like Supabase, N8N, and APIs.

• Apply light coding solutions as necessary.

• Support the internal data infrastructure and reporting systems.

• Generate value for athletes, founders, investors, and partners.

• Assist with rightsholder programs and portfolio companies.

• Help coordinate events, partnership activations, and engagement within the ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven entrepreneurial mindset demonstrated through side projects, startups, builds, or automations.

• Strong technical proficiency — comfortable using no-code/low-code tools and ideally capable of writing code.

• Preferred experience with Supabase or similar database infrastructure.

• Excellent written communication skills.

• Ability to work autonomously and address issues proactively before escalation.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapid iterations.

• Must be compatible with the UK timezone or willing to adjust accordingly.
