Founders Associate – Business Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and execute the go-to-market strategy, aiding growth and partnership initiatives.

• Establish and uphold operational frameworks, including processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms.

• Diagnose and rectify malfunctioning operational systems and integrations.

• Engage in strategic projects spanning partnerships, community, marketing, and ecosystem development.

• Provide direct assistance to the founder and Chief of Staff with daily business operations.

• Assume responsibility for the most critical task each week.

• Oversee campaigns in collaboration with the CEO.

• Interact with contributors and work alongside a geographically distributed team across various time zones.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, high-growth startup operations, or venture capital.

• Proven inclination towards taking initiative and the ability to operate with a high level of autonomy.

• Strong analytical skill set, including model building, data analysis, and distilling insights into actionable recommendations.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• A genuine passion for AI, decentralized systems, or cutting-edge technology.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, at a professional level.

• Comfortable collaborating across time zones and with a diverse, distributed team.

• Must possess full working rights in Australia.

• Experience dealing with highly complex technical infrastructures is a plus.
