This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• As a Founder Associate, you will directly support the founding team and take on responsibilities at the intersection of customers, product, and marketing.
• You will independently prepare pitches, create proposals, and tailor them as needed.
• You will assist in demo appointments, manage follow-ups with leads, and handle correspondence.
• You will reach out to potential clients and help us maintain a filled sales pipeline.
• You will build and optimize landing pages, as well as create content such as newsletters or blog posts.
• You will serve as the primary contact for existing customers and agencies.
• You are studying Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Practical experience in a startup, consulting, or another dynamic environment is a significant advantage.
• You are reliable and confident in your ability to prioritize and act independently after the training phase.
• Proficiency in both German and English is required on a daily basis.
• Steep learning curve: You will work directly on real processes of a tech startup instead of just observing.
• Mentoring: We dedicate time to your onboarding and provide close support during your independent phase as a sparring partner.
• Insights: You will learn the complete B2B software sales cycle – from initial contact to rollout.
• Setup: Remote work or at our Hamburg office, with flexible working hours and ample room for creativity.
