
Founder Associate – Go-to-Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Gain a deep understanding of Go-to-Market strategies: You will engage directly with our Go-to-Market efforts and assist in comprehending how we attract new customers. Your role will involve moving fluidly across various topics such as lead generation, outreach, appointment scheduling, and initial sales processes.
• Test and validate hypotheses: You will aid in the planning and execution of small-scale tests and experiments (e.g., exploring new channels, crafting new messaging, developing new processes). The aim is not to increase activity but to derive better insights into what succeeds and what falls short.
• Align metrics with actual performance: You will analyze fundamental metrics such as cost per lead, appointment rates, conversation quality, and conversion rates. You will assist in realistically evaluating the effort versus the benefit and challenge existing assumptions.
• Observe and enhance workflows: You will assess current workflows (e.g., appointment setting, handovers, follow-ups) and suggest improvements to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with the GTM team: You will work alongside the GTM team and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Your insights and analyses will directly inform decision-making processes.
• Discover the mechanics of growth: You will gain genuine insights into the early growth phases of a company and learn how Go-to-Market decisions are formulated, modified, or abandoned.
• Educational background: Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous internships or working-student positions within Go-to-Market, Sales, or Marketing environments.
• Knowledge: You possess a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence—particularly autonomous AI systems—and have a foundational understanding of Product Management or related fields (e.g., R&D, innovation management).
• Mindset: You demonstrate a genuine startup mentality—exhibiting a hands-on attitude, personal accountability, and the ability to succeed in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.
• Impact: You will play a crucial role in validating our Go-to-Market strategy and witness how your contributions have tangible effects on customers, processes, and your own growth.
• Location & work model: Remote work is an option. We also encourage presence at our Stuttgart locations (Mitte and Degerloch). Temporary work from other EU countries can be arranged.
