This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Provide executive assistance by arranging Tom’s travel and managing logistics for events, seminars, and client meetings.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process from start to finish.
• Coordinate operational aspects of our participation in events and organize team seminars.
• Serve as finance support for 5–10 hours per week by generating client invoices and sending payment reminders.
• Assist in developing the agency’s brand and contribute to content creation efforts.
• Manage sales operations by maintaining the CRM and addressing incoming emails.
• Provide support for project work and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
• 0–2 years of relevant professional experience, including internships, work-study, or first job opportunities.
• Preferably some experience in a startup, agency, or scale-up environment.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and AI applications (ChatGPT, Claude).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, including invoice management and receipt filing, along with comfort in working with numbers.
• High adaptability as tasks may frequently change.
• Fluency in French at a native level and strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
