Forward Deployment Engineer, Support Engineer – Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Delivering individualized coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions

• Engaging in continuous training sessions to enhance coaching expertise and skills

• Interacting with members via Mento email or chat platforms

• Serving as a representative of the Mento community

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in managing teams and coaching individuals

• Significant emphasis on team leadership experience

• Capacity to assist engineering leaders in enhancing visibility and impact

• Proven track record of leading teams through periods of rapid growth and transitioning from startup to scale

• A strong passion for helping individuals progress in their careers

• Commitment to dedicating at least 12+ hours per month to coaching at Mento for a minimum of 24 months
