Forward Deployment Engineer, Italian, Spanish Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Gather customer requirements and convert them into actionable implementation plans.

• Develop and deploy fonio setups in production environments: including workflows, logic, prompts, and guardrails.

• Execute integrations with external systems (APIs, webhooks, CRM, calendar, ticketing, etc.).

• Create smaller features and integration code to accurately address customer cases.

• Troubleshoot under production scenarios: managing calls, flows, edge cases, and prompt fixes.

• Design reusable templates and deployment playbooks to enhance scalability of setups.

• Provide product feedback: communicate pain points and feature deficiencies to the team in a prioritized and concrete manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient coding abilities: capable of independent implementation rather than just configuration.

• In-depth knowledge of AI systems and LLMs (prompting, tool usage, RAG, failure modes).

• Workflow-oriented mindset: adept at transforming complex processes into robust, testable flows.

• Experience with APIs, webhooks, authentication, and standard integration patterns.

• Understanding of cloud fundamentals: deployments, observability, and debugging in production settings.

• Highly pragmatic approach to work: deliver quickly, ensure stability, and iterate effectively.

• Bonus skills: Voice/Telephony, n8n, TypeScript/Python, SQL, monitoring/tracing, GDPR compliance.

• Proficiency in Spanish and Italian at native or near-native levels, along with fluent English.
