This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Engage with cutting-edge Cloud computing technologies to tackle complex, manual, and repetitive tasks for users integrating Cloud solutions such as AWS, Salesforce, Microsoft, and others.
• Leverage the latest methodologies in developing SaaS applications focusing on multitenancy, scalability for large data volumes/Big Data, and beyond.
• Enhance and grow our portfolio to accommodate over 200 of the most widely used Cloud applications.
• Gain insights not only into software development but also into how to design, develop, and launch products from initial concept to widespread customer usage.
• Customer Discovery: Facilitate structured workshops with client stakeholders to gather insights on workflows, challenges, and desired results.
• Solution Design: Convert business needs into technical workflows, automations, and integrations.
• Deployment Execution: Set up, test, and launch solutions, ensuring a smooth transition to go-live and user adoption.
• Workflow Automation: Create and tailor automations utilizing APIs, scripts, or low-code platforms.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Identify integration challenges, resolve obstacles, and iterate based on customer feedback.
• Customer Advocacy: Act as the technical authority during onboarding and beyond, promoting long-term client success.
• Feedback Loop: Share deployment insights with product and engineering teams to inform roadmap priorities.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience in delivering production integrations.
• 4–8 years in a client-facing technical position where you actively wrote and managed the code (such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or similar roles).
• Proficient coding skills in languages like Python, Java, Go, or comparable languages—capable of developing and debugging real integration logic, not merely configuring a user interface.
• Extensive knowledge of SaaS systems, REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, API keys, fundamentals of SSO).
• Experience with workflow automation platforms, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and basic observability/monitoring tools.
• Proficient in SQL and at least one business intelligence tool (such as Looker, Tableau, Superset) for data validation and impact demonstration.
• Proven ability to work independently in uncertain, loosely-defined situations and drive towards effective solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills—capable of leading a discovery workshop, articulating technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders, and producing clear documentation.
• Practical experience with LLM/agentic frameworks (such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or equivalent) and their application to genuine workflow or data challenges.
• Familiarity with RAG pipelines, prompt/evaluation design, or AI observability and safety measures.
• Previous experience embedded on-site with enterprise clients during the implementation phase.
