Forward Deployed Engineering Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Taking charge of the complete recruitment process for highly specialized positions within our forward deployment team, which includes solutions engineers and deployment strategists.

• Collaborating closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of challenges, align on key indicators, and consistently elevate the hiring standards.

• Crafting and implementing effective search strategies — from market analysis and outreach to designing interviews and finalizing offers.

• Handling multiple intricate searches simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.

• Acting as a reliable advisor to candidates, guiding them through a thorough process with clarity, empathy, and determination.

• Representing ElevenLabs — each interaction embodies our values and sets the tone for the candidate experience.

• Continuously enhancing our hiring methods by refining processes, tools, and leveraging data-driven insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in recruiting top-level technical and forward-deployed talent in competitive markets (approximately 3+ years preferred, but impact is more crucial than tenure).

• Proficient in managing the entire technical recruiting cycle, including sourcing strategies, stakeholder engagement, and closing candidates.

• Strong capability to navigate high-complexity searches with numerous components — maintaining structure, adaptability, and focus.

• Adept at converting technical and business requirements into clear hiring strategies and engaging candidate narratives.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — capable of building trust with both highly technical candidates and senior stakeholders.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, remote-first settings and collaborating across global time zones.

• Naturally curious, creative, and genuinely interested in engineering, AI, and the formation of exceptional teams.

• Experience in global recruiting across various regions, with a preference for LATAM, APAC, and EMEA being advantageous.

• Background in rapidly growing startups, AI-native companies, or similarly dynamic environments is a plus.
