Forward Deployed Engineer, Machine Learning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Produce models for deployment

• Troubleshoot production pipelines at client locations

• Develop new machine learning features, including classical ML, computer vision, and large language models

• Engage directly with GPU servers and multi-camera systems

• Partner with customer surveillance teams and distribution collaborators

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in machine learning, with a solid understanding of both deep learning and classical ML (You are primarily an ML engineer — capable of training models, tuning them, debugging them in real-world scenarios, and building the necessary software for production readiness.)

• Proficient in Linux, Docker, and deploying models as services.

• Able to operate in live production environments with minimal oversight.

• Possess a startup mentality — resourceful, flexible, and eager to work across ML, backend, and DevOps domains.

• **Nice to Have**

• Familiarity with GStreamer, FFmpeg, or RTSP (or similar protocol) video pipelines.

• Experience with Triton Server, model optimization using TensorRT, and other deep learning acceleration frameworks.
