This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate directly with enterprise clients to grasp their business requirements, operational processes, challenges, and success metrics.
• Design, develop, and showcase innovative solutions, prototypes, and workflows that provide value to clients.
• Take charge of complete technical deployments of Wand for US enterprise clients, from assessment and solution design to production launch.
• Convert client requirements into detailed solution designs, agent architectures, workflow logic, integration specifications, and deployment strategies.
• Demonstrate technical solutions, demos, prototypes, and deployment strategies to customer stakeholders, including technical teams, business leaders, and executives.
• Resolve issues across APIs, authentication, data, workflow logic, agent behavior, and customer systems.
• Assist in late-stage pre-sales when solution design, technical feasibility, implementation planning, or customer value demonstration is essential.
• Develop implementation playbooks, solution patterns, demo flows, and deployment documentation to expedite future deployments.
• Proven hands-on experience in a customer-facing technical position such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, AI Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or a similar role.
• Extensive experience in building agents, agentic workflows, LLM-powered applications, or AI automation solutions.
• Capability to swiftly comprehend customer needs and translate them into functional technical solutions, beyond mere documentation or coordination plans.
• Strong practical knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, tool-calling, RAG, orchestration, multi-agent workflows, evaluation, and debugging agent behavior.
• Familiarity with frameworks or tools such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or other agentic/LLM development frameworks.
• Robust hands-on expertise with APIs, integrations, scripting, debugging, and cloud/web environments.
• Proficiency in coding or scripting with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages.
• Ability to build rapidly, demonstrate effectively, and iterate based on client feedback.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• High sense of ownership: you drive customer results, resolve obstacles independently, and act quickly without waiting for perfect instructions.
