Civil Project Engineer II/III – Renewable Energy Structural Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Create designs for steel piles and connections applicable to various structural projects.

• Formulate designs for cast-in-place concrete slabs.

• Utilize expertise in renewable energy systems and related terminology within structural design.

• Aid in defining project scopes, timelines, and financial plans.

• Assist with project and task management initiatives.

• Participate in marketing strategies and the development of proposals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in solar structure design.

• Possession of a PE License is advantageous.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Skilled in structural design software, particularly LPile, Mathcad, and Excel.

• Proficient in using AutoCAD for developing plans.

• Knowledge of Excel/AutoCAD interoperability for generating pile plot plans is a plus.
