Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as an AI transformation partner embedded within an enterprise client.

• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to pinpoint business challenges.

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive solutions utilizing Venn's platform and the client's centralized data.

• Work closely with client stakeholders to establish and prioritize the project roadmap.

• Independently execute solutions.

• Take ownership of outcomes and share insights with the product team.

• Expand solutions beyond initial client engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Developed and launched products from inception to completion in uncertain environments.

• Created or implemented systems utilizing LLMs or generative models, with an understanding of how model behavior influences the user experience.

• Capable of simplifying complex issues and making quick, informed decisions under pressure.

• Effectively communicates with engineers, product teams, and customer stakeholders.

• Identifies risks early and adapts without losing momentum.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% for on-site client engagements.

• Preferred: Experience as a founder or in a forward-deployed engineering position.

• Preferred: A technical degree in Computer Science, engineering, mathematics, or a related discipline.

• Preferred: Engineering or technical deployment experience that involves direct customer interaction.

• Preferred: Experience facilitating technology adoption within large enterprises.

• Preferred: Proven ability to write and review production-quality code for both frontend and backend using Python, JavaScript, or similar technology stacks.
