Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee or assist in the technical setup and execution of Holistic AI for customer pilot programs and production launches.

• Convert customer needs into functional product configurations and integration methodologies.

• Leverage extensive product expertise and backend knowledge to resolve deployment issues and provide guidance on architectural decisions.

• Collaborate with Account Management on intricate customer interactions.

• Create documentation for deployment strategies, runbooks, and technical guidance intended for customers.

• Identify and communicate product deficiencies and suggestions to enhance the platform for upcoming deployments.

• Engage in customer-facing activities as necessary for deployments and workshops.

⛳️ Requirements

• Robust technical foundation in software engineering, solutions engineering, or a related field.

• Eagerness to closely engage with customers.

• Capability to thoroughly understand a complex product and tailor it for diverse enterprise environments.

• Familiarity with backend systems, including APIs, integrations, and environments.

• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Comfort in collaborating across different time zones within a distributed team.

• Proficient written English skills.

• Nice to have: Experience in customer-facing technical positions such as solutions engineering, implementation, professional services, or field deployment.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with AI/ML products, or tools related to governance, security, or compliance.

• Nice to have: Understanding of cloud deployment strategies and enterprise IT limitations.
