Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, architect, and deliver full-stack features that effectively address our customers' compliance challenges.

• Manage the technical relationship with key customers; implementing solutions, collecting requirements, and converting feedback into product enhancements.

• Develop scalable services and APIs that support our LLM compliance platform while prioritizing the customer experience.

• Make significant technical decisions promptly, being aware that you will be accountable to both our engineering standards and our clients.

• Question existing assumptions regarding "why" and "how," as you will have a direct impact on what we create and the methods we use.

• Influence our product roadmap and engineering practices as we transition from Series A to becoming a market leader.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have experience building full-stack systems at significant scale; you are adept at architecting backend services and delivering frontend code that customers use daily.

• You possess strong expertise in one or more of the following: Go, Node.js/TypeScript, or Python, and you are knowledgeable enough across the stack to manage features from start to finish.

• You have a solid understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and the balance between speed and reliability in production settings.

• You genuinely enjoy engaging with customers; you’re not just delivering features, you aim to comprehend the underlying human problems you're addressing.

• You have experience shipping products in fast-paced environments and understand the requirements for rapid progress without compromising quality.

• You are curious about LLMs and excited about developing practical applications based on them, beyond just theoretical concepts.
