Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the delivery of strategic customer projects, overseeing everything from technical discovery to production deployment and success metrics.

• Design and implement intricate system integrations, backend services, and data pipelines.

• Interact with enterprise systems, which include data lakes, identity management and access control solutions, as well as Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

• Establish CoLab integrations and organize incoming data to facilitate features such as AutoReview and Operator.

• Work closely with customers to comprehend their needs, recommend solutions, and steer the adoption process.

• Create tailored solutions that address the specific requirements of the customer while ensuring that the designs are suitable for our wider customer base.

• Share your extensive understanding of customer requirements with the development team to enhance learning.

• You have successfully delivered complex technical solutions for projects with ambiguous requirements.

• You produce clean, production-ready code across various programming languages and consider yourself adaptable to different languages.

• You are at ease working in new environments, both from a technical and organizational perspective.

• You have experience with enterprise systems (e.g., data lakes, IdP, PLM, ERP, etc).

• You possess the ability to clarify ambiguity, prioritize tasks, and modify project scope while maintaining momentum.

• You are confident in leading detailed technical discussions with customer engineering or IT teams.

• You focus on achieving outcomes rather than just writing code.

• You have a proactive approach and can adapt when circumstances change.
