Development Engineer – Level 3

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborative design and development of software solutions that align with business goals.

• Analysis of system requirements and customization of applications.

• Support with software updates.

• Mentoring junior engineers while ensuring quality through Quality Assurance practices.

• Providing technical guidance on routine projects.

• Conducting training sessions for application users.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 7.5 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) within a large enterprise environment.

• Proficient knowledge of IGA platforms such as SailPoint IdentityIQ, Saviynt, or Microsoft Entra ID.

• Experience in supporting identity lifecycle automation, user provisioning, and access review processes.

• Familiarity with integration standards (e.g., REST APIs, SAML, OAuth) and identity-related protocols.

• Experience troubleshooting Java-based connectors and scripting with BeanShell, PowerShell, or JavaScript.

• Strong understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), policy enforcement, and audit/reporting mechanisms.

• Capability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced production setting.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.

• Strong focus on documentation and process orientation.
