Forward Deployed Engineer – AI Cybersecurity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the technical onboarding and implementation process for new clients, encompassing planning, scoping, milestones, and success metrics.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer engineering and security teams, managing the post-sales technical relationship.

• Create and implement strategies to ensure First Time to Value is achieved promptly and effectively.

• Detect obstacles, misaligned expectations, and skill deficiencies; manage risks and escalate issues as necessary.

• Work collaboratively with Sales, Engineering, Services, and Product teams for seamless handoffs and knowledge exchange.

• Record repeatable processes, technical documentation, implementation templates, and internal runbooks.

• Facilitate support requirements, prioritize technical issues, and coordinate with Support and Development teams.

• Champion customer interests and collect feedback to guide the product roadmap and future service offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in a post-sales technical role (e.g., TAM, Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, Implementation Consultant, or similar).

• Proven experience in building and/or deploying AI Systems/Applications.

• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, including networking, containers, and security protocols.

• Experience in leading technical deployments (on-premises, hybrid, or complex SaaS integrations).

• Familiarity with working alongside enterprise clients in regulated sectors.

• Exceptional communication and project management abilities.

• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced growth environment; comfortable with uncertainty, self-motivated, and proactive.

• Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration is a plus.
