Forward Deployed Engineer – AI Cybersecurity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead the technical onboarding and implementation process for new customers, encompassing planning, scoping, milestones, and success metrics.

• Manage the post-sales technical relationship and act as the primary liaison for customer engineering and security teams.

• Create and implement structured plans to ensure swift and reliable achievement of First Time to Value.

• Identify obstacles, misaligned expectations, or skill deficiencies and escalate issues as necessary.

• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Services, and Product teams for effective handoffs and knowledge sharing.

• Document standard processes, technical guides, implementation templates, and internal runbooks.

• Coordinate support requirements, triage technical problems, and work in conjunction with Support and Development teams.

• Act as an advocate for customers and collect feedback to inform the development roadmap and future offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 8 years of experience in a post-sales technical role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, Implementation Consultant, or similar).

• Proven experience in building and/or deploying AI Systems or Applications.

• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, including networking, containers, and security protocols.

• Experience in leading technical deployments (on-premises, hybrid, or complex SaaS integrations).

• Familiarity with enterprise clients in regulated industries.

• Exceptional communication and project management abilities.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced growth environment; comfortable with uncertainty, self-motivated, and proactive.

• Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration is a plus.

• Must be located in or willing to relocate to the Western United States.

• Must work within the West Coast time zone (PST).
