Forward Deployed Engineer, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Facilitate discovery sessions to pinpoint the 1–3 processes that are ideal for automation.

• Transform chaotic, undocumented processes into concrete specifications.

• Develop agents utilizing the deepagents-based framework, incorporating tools, subagents, memory, and human-in-the-loop approvals.

• Connect agents with client data while ensuring tenant isolation is upheld.

• Perform shadow reviews until clients have confidence in the agent's capabilities.

• Deliver the runbook and provide training to the client’s team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in MSP operations (or at least 1 year at MSPbots in a client-facing/delivery role).

• Proficient in coding; capable of recognizing mistakes in AI-generated code or SQL, even if they execute correctly.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and skilled at converting undocumented processes into clear specifications.

• Previous experience in automating tasks, such as scripts, workflow rules, or bots.

• Poised on camera when interacting with skeptical clients, including communicating when a process is not yet ready for automation.

• Availability to work between 8 AM and 5 PM CST.
