Forward Deployed Engineer – Agentic AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement agentic AI solutions for production environments.

• Lead the technical exploration and define the scope of agentic AI applications.

• Write high-quality production code to achieve effective solutions.

• Construct and optimize retrieval pipelines, prompt architecture, safeguard mechanisms, and agent orchestration.

• Execute agent tools in a manner that meets enterprise safety standards.

• Create evaluation frameworks to identify hallucinations and regressions.

• Remain actively involved during the transition and the initial production iteration cycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of professional engineering experience with production systems.

• At least 2 years of experience deploying AI or machine learning systems in production.

• Demonstrated success in collaborating directly with Fortune 500 or Global 2000 enterprise clients.

• Proven experience managing the entire lifecycle of a system.

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
