Forward Deployed AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deploy and set up agentic AI workflows and AI-driven automations in client ServiceNow environments.

• Convert customer business needs into technical architectures and implementation strategies.

• Implement and integrate NewRocket Agent Packs and AI solutions within enterprise settings.

• Customize AI solutions to align with customers’ operational workflows and business processes.

• Create demos, prototypes, and proof-of-concept implementations.

• Collaborate with customers to iterate on solutions and refine AI-driven use cases.

• Assist with AI orchestration, LLM integrations, and agentic decision-making models.

• Develop integrations between ServiceNow, enterprise systems, APIs, and AI services.

• Create scripts, microservices, automation logic, and integration services.

• Contribute to NewRocket’s AI intellectual property, platforms, Agent Packs, and reusable accelerators.

• Recognize patterns from client deployments and contribute reusable assets and automation components.

• Provide product feedback and transform successful implementations into repeatable platform features.

• Engage in customer workshops, discovery sessions, and technical working groups.

• Act as the engineering counterpart to consulting and delivery teams.

• Communicate architecture, system behaviors, and technical trade-offs to stakeholders.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across AI workflows, integrations, and automation pipelines.

• Ensure that deployed AI solutions are secure, scalable, production-ready, high-performing, and reliable.

• Collaborate with Business Process Consultants, Product Engineering, Data Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, and AI Center of Excellence teams.

• Contribute to internal playbooks, reusable deployment patterns, and product evolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, enterprise platforms, or automation systems.

• Strong background in full-stack development, scripting, or enterprise integrations.

• Familiarity with AI/LLM technologies or AI-driven applications.

• Experience in client-facing engineering or consulting roles.

• Proficiency with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and Python or similar scripting languages.

• Ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.

• Preferred experience in ServiceNow development or workflow automation.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting, APIs, and platform development patterns is preferred.

• Understanding of ServiceNow data models, including CMDB, workflow/task tables, and knowledge management is preferred.

• Experience in building AI prototypes, RAG systems, or agent-based workflows is preferred.

• Experience in integrating LLM APIs or AI services into enterprise systems is preferred.

• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, or semantic retrieval is preferred.

• Experience in contributing to internal platforms, reusable accelerators, or product capabilities is preferred.
