This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and document the most impactful workflow transformations within your team's daily operations by gaining a deep understanding of their processes and outputs.

• Develop customized tools, agents, automations, and skills specifically designed for each marketer's unique responsibilities.

• Guide and collaborate with each marketer through a progressive journey—from initial awareness, to achieving their first win, to integrating AI regularly, to complete workflow transformation, and ultimately to self-sufficiency.

• Educate marketers on how to create and refine their own tools over time, fostering independence.

• Identify patterns within your group and systematically scale successful strategies—tools developed for one marketer will be adaptable for others.

• Document all tools, playbooks, and transformation patterns you develop to ensure the entire FDA team can utilize each other's contributions.

• Publicly share successes within your group and with leadership to generate momentum, inspire others, and celebrate achievements.

• Rigorously monitor individual and group progress against a defined maturity model, guiding every marketer towards self-sustaining, AI-focused work.

• Equip marketers for an autonomous future—not just in prompt writing, but in designing, building, and managing independent, multi-agent workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in a role that demands diagnostic thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Proven, hands-on experience in creating AI-powered tools, agents, automations, or workflows that have fundamentally transformed actual work processes (beyond merely using AI as a chatbot).

• A strong history of coaching, teaching, or enabling others—formally or informally—with evidence that individuals you have supported have significantly altered their work practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences and tailor your communication style to various learners.

• Ability to work across multiple projects and relationships simultaneously (you will be assisting around 20 marketers at different stages of their AI journey).
