Forms Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assess existing processes and implement necessary improvements or modifications as required.

• Foster the continuous development of team members and their skill sets.

• Keep informed on developments in the Real Estate sector and relevant legislation.

• Engage directly with clients to comprehend their needs and communicate information to team members.

• Create, update, and maintain database tables.

• Collaborate with other departments to achieve optimal results and ensure a seamless client experience.

• Work together in a team environment to design, develop, test, and consistently enhance our products.

• Provide and receive constructive feedback in a peer review setting.

• Proactively remain informed about the latest product updates and software releases.

• As a leader, assist in enforcing company policies.

• Manage escalations and resolve high-priority issues.

• Uphold coding, compliance, and security standards.

• Take charge of decision-making and leverage data and expertise to make informed choices.

• Recruit and train new team members, while overseeing the performance of existing staff.

• Approve vacation and personal time-off requests for direct reports.

• Offer growth opportunities to direct reports through professional development, company resources, and personal networks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Understanding of professional software engineering practices and best practices for the entire software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.

• Experience in influencing software engineering best practices within your team.

• Comprehension of fundamental project management principles.

• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat.

• Experience in managing direct reports.

• Background in training, leading, or mentoring team members.
