This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Oversee and conduct forest inventories and field surveys in alignment with relevant standards.

• Validate, analyze, and organize the gathered data.

• Execute digitization (vectorization) and geospatial data processing within GIS environments such as ArcGIS and QGIS.

• Draft technical reports, create maps, and conduct analyses that fulfill contractual obligations.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance and maintain high-quality deliverables.

• Engage in the planning and coordination of project activities.

• Aid in the ongoing enhancement of internal processes and methodologies.

• Deliver top-notch professional services to TEHORA clients, including those in the public sector.

• Bachelor's degree in forest engineering or a related discipline.

• Must be an active and in-good-standing member of the Ordre des ingénieurs forestiers du Québec (OIFQ).

• Professional expertise in GIS tools, including ArcGIS, ArcGIS Pro, and QGIS.

• Strong writing capabilities for the creation of technical documents.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks at once.

• Willingness to travel occasionally based on operational requirements.
