Forensic Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee investigations related to damage and performance challenges in buildings, structures, and building envelopes.

• Supervise projects from inception to completion.

• Collaborate effectively with clients.

• Perform site visits to gather field data.

• Evaluate data, environmental conditions, and material characteristics to identify the causes and extent of distress.

• Examine pertinent building codes and regulations.

• Prepare detailed technical reports that include findings and recommendations.

• Aid in formulating repair designs and coordinating efforts across various disciplines.

• Oversee project resources and timelines.

• Foster a collaborative and supportive workplace atmosphere.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• PE license is mandatory.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in forensic engineering is required.

• Exceptional communication, writing, and analytical abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

• Developed client network and proven ability to build and sustain lasting client relationships.
