Foreclosure Title – Team Lead

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Support the Title Manager and Director of Title Operations in coordinating Title Review and Title Curative processes across all states where the Firm operates.

β€’ Collaborate with clients, attorneys, reporting staff, and other Firm departments throughout the foreclosure process.

β€’ Ensure that the actions of reporting team members are accurately documented and recorded while complying with state foreclosure timelines.

β€’ Supervise title processes during foreclosure actions from referral to foreclosure sale.

β€’ Guarantee compliance with client, state, and federal regulations.

β€’ Input and monitor legal documents throughout the review process.

β€’ Complete client system tasks and provide email updates, including daily oversight of assigned and team workloads.

β€’ Communicate with attorneys and processors to update files in the title review and/or title curative processes.

β€’ Manage special projects and reporting as required by clients.

β€’ Ensure that case management files accurately document actions taken, correspondence, and explanations for any delays.

β€’ Monitor and conduct quality control on documents merged by the Title Department to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality assurance standards.

β€’ Distribute and oversee daily workloads to uphold the Firm's service level agreements (SLA).

β€’ Identify delays in files and promote progress to maintain client timelines and reduce financial losses.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing a team of 3–5 individuals.

β€’ Familiarity with multistate Title and Foreclosure laws and terminology.

β€’ Exceptional professional communication abilities.

β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.

β€’ Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.

β€’ Capacity to juggle multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines while ensuring accuracy and quality.

β€’ Strong work ethic and business integrity.

β€’ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

β€’ Effective problem-solving skills.

β€’ Keen attention to detail.

β€’ Familiarity with client systems such as Black Knight/LPS and Tempo.

β€’ Proficient in case management systems like CaseAware and Perfect Practice, including thorough file documentation and completion of daily tasks.

β€’ Successful completion of a background check.

β€’ Two professional references.

β€’ Eligibility to work in the United States.

β€’ Successful completion of required pre-employment screening; criminal and/or credit history checks may be necessary.
