Foreclosure Title Analyst – Default Services, Pre-Foreclosure Title

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Identify issues related to titles on real estate title products.

• Create and deliver a grading sheet that outlines title issues within the graded title report.

• Generate reports to verify and confirm the completion of grading on orders, providing these to clients as necessary.

• Respond to inquiries from the servicer, foreclosure attorney, and internal staff.

• Maintain clear communication with management, foreclosure attorney, and servicer.

• Assist with special projects as requested by clients, internal teams, or senior management.

• Attend and engage in team meetings.

• Perform all other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

• 3-5 years of previous experience in title insurance.

• Familiarity with real estate title processes.

• Demonstrated customer service abilities.

• Basic computer skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft software products.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Capable of achieving daily production targets with a high degree of accuracy.
