This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Leads and oversees all aspects of foreclosure operations to ensure that the foreclosure portfolio is managed in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as Investor, Insurer, Agency, and company policies.
• Actively monitors and stays informed about upcoming regulatory, statutory, and investor guideline modifications that could influence foreclosure procedures, ensuring prompt implementation of necessary changes.
• Develops, refines, and executes precise and timely functional reporting to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate efficiency, and pinpoint areas needing enhancement.
• Manages daily relationships both internally and externally, establishing and assessing service delivery, productivity, and quality benchmarks with attorneys, vendors, and other business associates.
• Collaborates with essential stakeholders throughout the organization, including Compliance, Risk, Bankruptcy, Loss Mitigation, and Loan Servicing, to promote continuous quality enhancement and operational efficiencies.
• Translates the organization’s strategic vision, policies, and structural necessities into actionable strategies that improve foreclosure operations and reduce risks.
• Identifies and suggests process improvement initiatives within the department and across functions to streamline operations and decrease risk exposure.
• Prepares and presents updates, presentations, and performance reports to Senior Leaders and key stakeholders, offering insights on foreclosure trends, regulatory updates, and operational challenges.
• Ensures strict compliance with departmental and business policies, fostering a culture of accountability and adherence to regulations.
• Effectively prioritizes and distributes workload to meet crucial deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions for both internal and external partners.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in foreclosure, with a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end foreclosure processes, including both judicial and non-judicial timelines.
• Direct experience with Government-Sponsored Enterprises (GSEs), such as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, alongside a thorough understanding of their foreclosure requirements.
• Proficient in basic computer software applications, including Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet applications; ability to swiftly adapt to proprietary servicing platforms and workflow systems.
• A proven history of achieving measurable results by analyzing operational risks and opportunities, formulating strategic action plans, and implementing solutions to enhance performance.
• Demonstrated capability to collect, analyze, and interpret performance data, market research, and other relevant metrics to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
• High level of precision and adherence to stringent guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements to minimize risk exposure.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, juggling competing priorities while meeting critical deadlines and maintaining exceptional quality and compliance.
• Competent in working independently while ensuring tasks are completed within established guidelines, routines, and industry best practices.
• Strong dedication to delivering outstanding service to both internal and external stakeholders, promoting a positive and professional working atmosphere.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
