Foreclosure Specialist II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Oversee the foreclosure process for a designated portfolio of mortgage loans

• Track the progress of foreclosure actions from referral through to post-foreclosure

• Liaise with foreclosure attorneys to comprehend, reduce, and prevent delays

• Provide essential status updates to investors

• Create various scheduled and on-demand reports

• Ensure compliance with investor deadlines throughout the foreclosure process

• Conduct an initial review of documents necessary for foreclosure

• Comply with relevant operational risk controls and regulations

⛳️ Requirements

• A combination of 3 years of higher education and/or relevant work experience

• At least 1 year of experience in a Default Servicing related field (e.g., Collections, REO, Loss Mitigation)

• Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet applications

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Strong attention to detail

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

• Self-motivated team player with a positive and approachable demeanor
