This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Accountable for coordinating activities and processes related to foreclosure.
• Ensure that all actions are accurately documented and recorded.
• Maintain and follow the foreclosure timeline diligently.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys to oversee foreclosure actions.
• Ensure compliance with client, state, and federal regulations.
• Enter and track legal documents within the database.
• May prepare precise judgment figures, payoffs, and reinstatement amounts.
• Coordinate the steps taken for past due accounts in the foreclosure process.
• Communicate with attorneys to keep legal files updated.
• Handle special projects and generate reports as required by clients.
• Ensure that accounts are accurately documented with the actions taken.
• Monitor foreclosure loans to guarantee timely completion of all actions.
• Familiarity with foreclosure law and related terminology.
• Exceptional professional communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word.
• Highly organized with effective time management skills; able to prioritize workload.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting critical deadlines.
• Strong work ethic and business integrity.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Effective problem-solving capabilities.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with client systems such as Black Knight/LPS, Tempo, and a360 CaseAware.
