This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

• Assisting attorneys in the transfer of files through client communication.

• Preparing initial documents for attorney evaluation.

• Completing tasks in client and case management systems.

• Ensuring adherence to legal and industry standards.

• Drafting legal documents for attorney assessment in preparation for sale.

• Providing timely, courteous, and comprehensive responses to a high volume of email communications.

• Engaging with clients in the respective client systems and via email.

• Delivering regular and prompt client status updates, along with consistent follow-up on outstanding documents or services.

• Maintaining records related to specific team documents.

• Composing correspondence with clients and other agencies involved in the foreclosure process.

• Responding to phone inquiries from potential purchasers, borrowers, or lenders.

• Performing additional tasks as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

• At least 1 - 3 years of experience in lender processing or other default services processing within the legal sector.

• Familiarity with client and case management systems such as Case Aware, Perfect Practice, Black Knight, and Tempo is preferred.

• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Outlook and Teams.

• Exhibits a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Must be dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

• Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with borrowers, clients, attorneys, and external parties.

• Capable of prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting tight deadlines.

• Experience with SCRA and proficiency in electronic databases would be a plus.
